Day 3: Aberdour to Dysart 9 ½ miles (15 Km)

Day 4: Dysart to Lundin Links 11 ¼ miles (18 Km)

Day 5: Lundin Links to Anstruther 13 ¼ miles (21 Km)

Day 6: Anstruther to Kingsbarns 10 ¼ miles (16.5 Km)

Day 7: Kingsbarns to Guardbridge 12 ½ miles (20 Km)
