Day 1: Travel to St Davids

Day 2: St Davids to Newgale 11 miles (17.5km)

Day 3: Newgale to St Brides 13 miles (21km)

Day 4: St Brides to Dale 14 miles (22.5km)

Day 5: Dale to Milford Haven 10 miles (16km)

Day 6: Depart Milford Haven

Extra nights/Rest days

Newgale has one of the best beaches in Wales. St Brides is a good choice for a rest day if you would like to take a boat trip to the nature reserve islands of Skomer or Skokholm from Martins haven. Dale is another popular choice.
