Day 2: St Davids to Newgale 11 miles (17.5km)

Day 3: Newgale to Little Haven 7 miles (21km)

Day 4: Little Haven to Marloes 11¹/₂ miles (18.5km)

Day 5: Marloes to Dale 8¹/₂ miles (13.5km)

Day 6: Dale to Milford Haven 10 miles (16km)

Day 7: Depart Milford Haven
