Day 1: Travel to Milford Haven

 

Day 2: Milford Haven to Pembroke 11 miles (17.5km)

 

Day 3: Pembroke to Angle 10 miles (16km)

 

Day 4: Angle to Bosherton (Sampson Cross) 15 miles (24km)/(Stack Rocks) 18 miles (29km)

 

Day 5: Bosherton to Manorbier 11 miles (17.5km)

 

Day 6: Manorbier to Amroth 15 miles (24km)

 

Day 7: Depart Amroth

End of trail to railway station(s): (1) There is a limited bus service between Amroth and Kilgetty. The journey takes about 18 minutes. (2) and (3) There is a more frequent bus service from Amroth to Tenby (approximately 23 minutes) or Carmarthen (about 1 hour 15 minutes).
