Day 1: Travel to Milford Haven

 

Day 2: Milford Haven to Pembroke 11 miles (17.5km)

 

Day 3: Pembroke to Angle 10 miles (16km)

 

Day 4: Angle to Freshwater West 8 miles (13km)

 

Day 5: Freshwater West to Bosherton (Sampson Cross) 7 miles (11km)/(Stack Rocks) 10 miles

 

Day 6: Bosherton to Manorbier 11 miles (17.5km)

 

Day 7: Manorbier to Tenby 8 miles (13km)

 

Day 8: Tenby to Amroth 7 miles (11km)

Most convenient railway station(s) for the end of trail: (1) Kilgetty or (2) Tenby or (3) Carmarthen.

End of trail to railway station(s): (1) There is a limited bus service between Amroth and Kilgetty. The journey takes about 18 minutes. (2) and (3) There is a more frequent bus service from Amroth to Tenby (approximately 23 minutes) or Carmarthen (about 1 hour 15 minutes).
