Day 3: Newport to Goodwick 14 miles (22.5km)

Day 4: Goodwick to Aber Mawr 12¹/₂ miles (20km)

Day 5: Aber Mawr to Abereiddi 10 miles (16km)

Day 6: Abereiddi to Porth Mawr 7¹/₂ miles (12km)

Day 7: Porth Mawr to Solva 13 miles (21km)

Day 8: Solva to Little Haven 12 miles (19km)

Most convenient railway station(s) for the start of trail: (1) Carmarthen or (2) Fishguard

Onward travel: (1) There is a fairly frequent bus service between Carmarthen and St Dogmaels (via Cardigan). The journey takes approximately 1 hour 30 minutes. (2) There is a fairly frequent bus service between Fishguard and St Dogmaels (via Cardigan). The journey takes approximately 48 minutes

Most convenient railway station(s) for the end of trail: (1) Kilgetty or (2) Tenby or (3) Carmarthen.

End of trail to railway station(s): (1) There is a limited bus service between Amroth and Kilgetty. The journey takes about 18 minutes. (2) and (3) There is a more frequent bus service from Amroth to Tenby (approximately 23 minutes) or Carmarthen (about 1 hour 15 minutes).
