Portscatho is a pleasant little village with a few interesting little shops and a good pub. Portloe is one of the most attractive and unspoilt fishing villages in Cornwall. The quintessential Cornish port of Fowey is worth considering for a rest day. It has some interesting old buildings including a fine church. Polperro is another good choice. It is a charming village with a lovely little harbour. Plymouth, with its vast number of historic buildings, is a popular choice for a rest day.
