For those who wish to spend more time wakling in the area, an extra day in Annascaul provides plenty of opportunity to head into the mountains for walks over to Maghanaboe or across Acres Hill.

If you prefer to spend your day relaxing, the attractive old harbour of Dingle provides some quaint pubs where you may experience Irish music.

In Dunquin, a boat trip can be taken to the Great Blasket Island, a fascinating island that is steeped in Irish folk tales.
