When you order a brochure we need to know your name and address in order to send it to you. Unless you advise us otherwise we will add you to our mailing list and send you a copy of our brochure each year.

· When you book a holiday we need to know your name, address, credit or debit card number and expiry or issue date. This allows us to process your booking and send you your holiday details. We also ask for your telephone number and email address in case we need to contact you urgently if there is a problem. When you book a holiday you can, either print off, fill in and fax a booking form to us or use our secure server to forward us your details. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us.

Contours Walking Holidays are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, trade, rent, exchange or distribute in anyway your personal details. We have an opt-in/opt-out newsletter. We do not send unsolicited emails.

As required by the UK Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access. The person responsible for privacy matters is Mark Townsend
