When you order a brochure we need to know your name and address in order to send it to you. Unless you advise us otherwise we will add you to our mailing list and send you a copy of our brochure each year.
When you book a holiday we need to know your name, address, credit or debit card number and expiry or issue date. This allows us to process your booking and send you your holiday details. We also ask for your telephone number and email address in case we need to contact you urgently if there is a problem. When you book a holiday you can, either print off, fill in and fax a booking form to us or use our secure server to forward us your details. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us.
Contours Walking Holidays are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, trade, rent, exchange or distribute in anyway your personal details. We have an opt-in/opt-out newsletter. We do not send unsolicited emails.
When you use our web site we will place a session cookie on your device to record the fact that you have successfully connected to the database. No personal information is stored in this cookie and, being a session cookie, it is automatically deleted when you close your web browser. By using our website you agree that we can place these types of cookies on your device.
