About this route

Bob Graham was a fell runner who broke the record for climbing the greatest number of mountains in the Lake District within 24 hours. In 1932, he set a new record of 42 peaks. His route took in the most iconic mountains in the Lake District, including Skiddaw, Great Calva, Scafell Pike and 38 other amazing Lake District fells.

Walked over five or six days, the Bob Graham Round offers a hearty challenge for experienced walkers. Though this walk is not for the faint-hearted, the views from atop the many peaks serve as ample reward along the route.
