This is a single-centre tour — where you return to the same accommodation both nights — with three mileage options to choose from. Whether you opt for the longest route from Conistone to Burnsall, the mid-length route from Kettlewell to Linton, or the shortest route from Arncliffe to Threshfield, there will be plenty of memorable sights to enjoy along the way.
This two-night break was designed as a compact way to sample an area, ideal for a long weekend — and as a gift for an outdoorsy loved one. Stay in one accommodation for the duration, with a lift to the trail on the first morning and back to your accommodation after the final day's hike. Choose from three mileage options and explore at your own pace.

Those favouring a gentler pace can opt for this 15.5-mile walking tour through the Dales, featuring many of the highlights of its longer counterparts.
After spending the first night of your holiday in Malham and getting geared up for the adventure ahead, a taxi will collect you from your accommodation in the morning and drop you off at Arncliffe. Once you have explored the village where Emmerdale was originally filmed, there is still plenty more to take in as you return on foot to Malham, including the famous natural spectacles of Malham Tarn and Malham Cove.
Your second walking day will then begin from your accommodation’s doorstep, where you will meander at your own pace through calm pastures and lush woodland to the village of Threshfield. A taxi transfer will then take you back to Malham to collect your luggage, signalling the completion of your mini getaway in the Dales.
